Registered Nurse position at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Role Overview Join the Acute Care unit providing high‑acuity, fast‑paced patient care for cardiovascular, renal and pulmonary patients. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care for patients with heart arrhythmias, chest pain, MI, post‑cardiac procedures, renal failure, pneumonia, sepsis, CHF, cardiac drips, hypertensive emergencies. Perform assessments using NIHSS for neurological patients and other evidence‑based assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in unit‑based governance and quality improvement initiatives. Benefits Competitive base pay with RN bonus program. Relocation assistance for full‑time candidates.
