Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes a weekly rotation or Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
