Director of Maintenance

Director of Maintenance Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and Senior Living communities throughout the United States. Qualifications as Director of Maintenance Must have, as a minimum, four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position. Nursing home experience required. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. Salary: $80k to $100K annually Strong benefit packages, corporate perks, and support, with room to grow!
