Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Spot Welder to join our team in Delavan, WI. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with machine operation experience who are looking to grow with a stable manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Perform spot welding operations according to quality standards
Load and unload materials from welding equipment
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous machine operation experience required
Spot welding experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
