Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Administer and titrate medications and drips, including Propofol and Fentanyl.
• Evaluate and interpret cardiac monitor strips independently.
• Ensure proper operation and management of RT equipment such as ventilators and CPAP.
• Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between ICUs to support staffing needs and patient care continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience required.
• Valid Arizona RN license upon submission.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required, NIHSS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Cerner charting system preferred.
• Experience in neuro or cardiovascular ICU preferred.
• Willingness to fulfill weekend and holiday work requirements.
