What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for members, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while helping individuals achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting members with checking, savings, certificates, IRA, trust, and estate accounts
• Processing financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Educating members on available financial products and services
• Identifying opportunities to recommend banking solutions that best meet member needs
• Assisting with lending products, credit cards, and debit card services

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Cash handling, retail, banking, or financial services experience preferred
• Comfortable engaging with members and initiating conversations
• Confident, positive, and resilient when facing challenges
• Ability to think creatively and offer alternative solutions
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Sales-minded approach with a genuine desire to help others
• Previous banking, financial institution, or customer-facing experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
