Compensation & Benefits: * Earnings: Base salary + Commission. What You’ll Do: * Manage Your Business: Lead-generation and prospecting, while participating in our fair-share dealership showroom lead rotation. * Be the Expert: Provide transparent information to customers (the "first time they ask") to help them make the best choice. * Build a Following: Drive success through vehicle units sold, ensuring your customers feel respected and valued throughout the process.
