Strong understanding of Applied Cryptography, including encryption, digital signatures, hashing, key exchange, and key management. Hands-on experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and enterprise key management solutions. Good knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), including NIST PQC standards, quantum-safe algorithms, and cryptographic modernization strategies. Experience performing PQC readiness assessments to identify cryptographic assets, dependencies, and potential quantum-related risks. Understanding of cryptographic inventory and discovery processes to assess an organizations quantum readiness. Experience supporting PQC migration and implementation initiatives, including crypto-agility planning, algorithm transition, and integration of quantum-safe solutions. Ability to evaluate existing applications, infrastructure, and communication protocols for PQC adoption and impact analysis. Strong understanding of authentication, identity security, key management, and secure communication protocols such as TLS/SSL.
