Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location: In‑facility Reporting to: Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and make referrals as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
