Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients during the night shift in a fast-paced environment, managing various acute care situations with precision and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients, including evaluating and managing complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills in critical care areas, such as ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner or established charting systems.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a critical care or similar setting.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or Compact state required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with patient ratios of 2:1 preferred.
• Cerner charting system experience preferred.
