Assistant Grocery Manager
Sprouts Farmers Market
As an Assistant Grocery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, you’ll support daily operations of the grocery department while inspiring a team committed to healthy living and outstanding service. You’ll help lead merchandising, inventory, and ordering for fresh, natural, and organic products, ensuring shelves are full, rotated, and visually appealing. You’ll train and coach team members, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and assist with scheduling and performance support. In our friendly, inclusive culture, you’ll engage customers, answer product questions, and promote Sprouts’ focus on wellness, sustainability, and community.
