Leading the company's enterprise external narrative, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Communications will manage strategic external communications, ensuring a consistent voice across various audiences and driving positive business outcomes through integrated storytelling and regulatory engagement. Key responsibilities Define and evolve enterprise narratives that enhance stakeholder trust and align with regulatory developments Lead customer-facing messaging and go-to-market strategies, particularly during regulatory or policy changes Develop proactive media strategies and engage with external stakeholders to position the company as an industry leader Required qualifications High school diploma or GED 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or public affairs Experience in regulated industries and policy communications Proven ability to develop strategic narratives that influence external stakeholders Experience in agency and contractor management
