Key Responsibilities Process and import client payroll and contribution data using Excel Manipulate spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables, to prepare files for system uploads Initiate ACH transactions related to funding contributions Provide general accounting and administrative support to the financial operations team Answer incoming phone calls and assist with client inquiries Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail Maintain organized electronic and paper records Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and document preparation Support conference room readiness and occasional visitor coordination Assist with special projects and cross-departmental administrative needs Qualifications Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas and pivot tables Background in finance, accounting, banking, or business preferred Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry Reliable, professional, and able to manage deadlines Comfortable working in an office-based environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
