Human Resources Generalist

Team members contribute to a collaborative, agriculture-focused environment where innovation and practical solutions help drive long-term farm success. Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees with questions on HR policies, procedures and employment practices. Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and appropriate disciplinary actions. Advise leaders and employees on leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations, including FMLA, state leave programs, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation. Partner with Leave Administrator to ensure timely and seamless case management. Support employment changes together with managers and the recruiting and staffing team, including promotions, demotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Contribute to a positive employee experience and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in Manufacturing or Agriculture Strong uderstanding of federal and state employment law. Ability to build relationships, and willingness to coach employees and managers are various levels. Good communication, problem-solving and conflict management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
