The Inventory Coordinator supports Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care clinics by managing inventory processes to ensure timely availability of medical supplies. This role is critical in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and organized inventory systems. Key Responsibilities
Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule
- 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
- Shift hours between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Must be available to work one weekend day
(Schedule options: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
The Inventory Coordinator supports Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care clinics by managing inventory processes to ensure timely availability of medical supplies. This role is critical in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and organized inventory systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain effective par-level replenishment of medical supplies
- Conduct routine inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Enter and update inventory data in the Materials Management Information System
- Stock and organize supplies in designated inventory locations
- Maintain clean, orderly, and properly labeled storage areas
- Perform accurate counts of on-hand inventory to restore par levels
- Utilize handheld devices to record and manage inventory data
- Ensure all supplies are placed in correct bins with clear labeling
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
