We are currently seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our Los Angeles team. The summer is a peak season and a great time to explore a new opportunity! The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment home.
• Conduct property tours to showcase community features and available units.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the property, pricing, availability, and lease terms.
• Process applications, verify information, and execute lease agreements.
• Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or in property management is required. LITCH/Section 8/HUD experience a PLUS!
• Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
• Bilingual - Spanish a PLUS
