Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead & Coordinator to lead QA automation initiatives, coordinate testing activities across teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, functional testing, DevOps practices, stakeholder coordination, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Eggplant Automation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and teams.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Drive test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting activities.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Monitor test results, identify quality risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and testing milestones.
• Mentor QA team members and promote automation best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Test Automation and automation framework development.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing , regression testing, and integration testing.
• Experience working in DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Eggplant Automation .
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience leading distributed QA teams.
