Marketing Intern

Our Marketing Intern will support key initiatives across the Modern Ice marketing department. This role is designed for a student or early‑career professional with an educational background in marketing and an interest in developing hands‑on experience in content creation , data analytics , and cross‑department collaboration. Prior marketing experience is beneficial but not required. Core Responsibilities Content Development — Create written, visual, and digital content to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Email Marketing Support — Assist with drafting, segmenting, and scheduling email communications. Social Media Support — Help manage social channels, draft posts, monitor engagement, and support brand consistency. Data & Analytics — Work in Excel to organize, clean, and analyze marketing data; support reporting dashboards. Cross‑Department Collaboration — Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to gather information, align messaging, and support shared initiatives. Brand Support — Maintain brand standards across content, campaigns, and internal materials. Required Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Ability to create and edit content across multiple formats. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments. Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Growth Opportunities (What You’ll Learn) Social Media Management — content calendars, engagement strategies, brand voice. Data Analytics — campaign performance analysis, KPI tracking, reporting.
