We're hiring a Marketing Manager. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and executionyou'll take ideas from concept to market and iterate based on real performance.

You'll own campaigns end-to-end: messaging, channels, testing, and optimization. The goal is simpleturn ideas into growth and learn quickly from what works.

We already have strong organic growth. Marketing is the accelerantnot the foundation. The opportunity is to take what's working and scale it with precision and creativity.

• We own outcomes, not activity
• We prioritize pipeline and revenue over optics
• We learn from the market, not from over-planning
• We expect high agency and low hand-holding

On "AI-native": This isn't about buzzwords. It means using AI to increase speed, quality, and iterationhow you build, test, and learn across campaigns.

This role is for someone who wants full ownership and is motivated by seeing their work directly impact growth.

What we're looking for:

• 47 years in B2B marketing
• You've owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
• Strong writerclear, concise, and conversion-focused
• Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
• High agencyyou don't wait for instructions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment

What matters in this role:

• Output: how much you ship
• Quality: how well it performs
• Ownership: how independently you operate

What this role is not:

• Not a pure content role
• Not a junior coordinator
• Not a strategy-only position
