About the Position

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Location

Greenville, SC | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every other weekend coverage required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across pediatric care settings including PEDs floors, PICU, ER, and NICU
• Administer and manage medications utilizing Pyxis and Omnicell medication systems
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float to other units and/or campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license valid in South Carolina
• BLS , NRP , and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
• Experience in ER, Pediatric Critical Care, and PEDs settings required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible (night shift RRT exception applies; candidates between 50–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in NICU environments
• Familiarity with both Pyxis and Omnicell medication dispensing systems
• Prior travel or agency staffing experience in a float-required environment
