End of Life/Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN job at Bay Bluffs - Emmet County Medical Care Facility. Harbor Springs, MI. Bay Bluffs – Emmet County Medical Care Facility is currently seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life, and/or palliative care experience. Join our team as we provide our residents with exceptional care in a home-like environment with compassion and dignity. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging from short-term rehabilitation to long-term and dementia focused care and End of Life/Hospice care. We are looking for compassionate, hardworking people to join our team of dedicated caregivers. This Nurse/LPN will be assigned to our new End of Life/Hospice Suite area. Current shift availability is being evaluated at this time as we allow current staff the opportunity to make this transition.
