The Director manages cross-functional teams, supports supplier negotiations, and ensures alignment with company objectives across channels. About the team: This team leads strategy, financial management, and product assortment decisions for both Private Brand and National Brand categories. It manages a high-volume desk requiring strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers. The role offers the opportunity to guide Walmart’s fashion strategy for Kids Fashion-Girls Sportswear. The team is responsible for category management, vendor relationships, pricing strategies, and profit and loss oversight. It drives business planning and negotiation efforts to deliver effective assortment and product strategies aligned with company goals.
