What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Load and unload materials while monitoring machine performance and quality
- Use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and measuring devices to complete manufacturing tasks
- Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns
- Support multiple production areas through cross-training opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced production setting
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English reading and communication skills
Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
Training Period: All new hires will complete training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:00 PM) for approximately 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on experience and production needs.
