About the Position: This Security Officer position is located at the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC)Command HQ - ATEC, G2 (Intelligence, Protection & Surety), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing aviation (1) developing and implementing policies and procedures for a variety of security, intelligence oversight, and protection programs, such as Information Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) and (2) providing technical guidance and advisory services to leadership on security-related issues and making recommendations to resolve complex security problems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13).
