Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury cases (auto accidents, slip & fall, etc.)
Conduct legal research, investigations, and case strategy development
Gather and analyze evidence, interview clients, witnesses, and experts
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation
Appear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Provide ongoing client communication and case updates
Collaborate with support staff for efficient case handling
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active State Bar membership in good standing
Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to independently manage a heavy caseload
