Reconstruction Manager

We're seeking a Reconstruction Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects while driving the growth of a high-performing division for one of our clients. This leadership role offers full operational ownership, including team development, project execution, client relationships, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade teams

• Oversee project delivery from scope through completion

• Manage division profitability, job costs, and operational performance

• Build relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters

• Implement scalable processes to support continued growth

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction or restoration leadership experience

• Proven P&L ownership and xhyhwjd operational management success

• Strong knowledge of construction trades, project management, and Xactimate

• Insurance restoration experience preferred; commercial construction leaders encouraged to apply

• Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive results
