Arcade Attendant

Arcade Attendant – Andretti Indoor Karting & Games An Arcade Attendant is a part‑time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding guest service expectations, and creating a fun, safe environment for all guests. All positions assist guests in various areas and uphold Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction. Experience and Skills 1+ year prior guest service experience (hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment). Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, loud environment. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods. Flexible to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests. Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full. Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests. Notify Game Techs of any machine errors and return game‑play credit to guests. Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency. Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with any guest recovery and ensure positive guest experiences. Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product, and policies & procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co‑workers. Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. Physical Requirements Walk or stand for extended periods. Lifting up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis. Perform functions requiring organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs. Communicate quickly and accurately. Work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds. Require manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Understand, follow, and maintain safety standards at all times.
