This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to be part of a passionate team making a difference in the snack industry.What You'll Be Doing:Packing finished snack products into cases and loading onto palletsAssembling boxes and working at packaging tables or along production linesInspecting finished products to meet quality standardsCreating cardboard displays and helping with general cleaning dutiesSupporting your team and maintaining a clean, efficient workspaceTaking on additional tasks as needed to keep production running smoothlyMany new packers are paired with a buddy after orientation to help ease into the rhythm. This role offers a steady work pace that may feel fast initially, but most associates adapt within two weeks. Please note, this is a physically demanding position involving repetitive motions, standing for up to 8 hours, and lifting 25+ pounds.
