Health Program Specialist

The Health Program Specialist develops, coordinates, and implements public health programs to address specific health issues and populations across Arkansas. Based in Pine Bluff, this position supports community health improvement through evidence-based strategies, stakeholder engagement, and interagency collaboration. Responsibilities include planning programs, evaluating effectiveness using health data, developing educational materials, and ensuring compliance with public health laws and grant conditions.
