Responsibilities As an SLP, you help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities and reduce or remediate disorders or deficits. You are responsible for: Designing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans. Executing plans collaboratively with patients. Providing training to patients and caregivers on skills for independence. Addressing the whole patient, treating them as an individual. Maintaining equipment, reporting to meetings, and collaborating with peers. Making referrals to support patient care. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly titled area valid with ASHA.
