Senior Manager, BD Excellence - Commercial

Senior Manager role focused on strengthening commercial operations and execution within Becton Dickinson's Urology & Critical Care division. The position deploys operational excellence methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and data-driven tools to accelerate growth and improve customer journey outcomes across sales, marketing, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with VP/GM and commercial leaders to shape and deploy commercial excellence strategy and operating model
Establish operating reviews, visual management systems, KPIs, and action plans to improve accountability and execution
Improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, opportunity progression, and conversion across the sales cycle
Use data analytics and Power BI to identify performance gaps and drive fact-based decision-making
Coach commercial leaders and teams in BD Excellence methods to build sustainable improvement capability

Requirements

5+ years commercial experience in complex B2B sales, commercial operations, or sales leadership
End-to-end customer journey understanding from opportunity development through value realization
Experience improving commercial rigor, funnel management, forecasting, or growth performance
Proficiency with quantitative analysis, performance metrics, and data visualization tools
Demonstrated influence over senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience facilitating structured problem-solving, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to work in global, matrixed environments and engage at operational gemba locations
