Qualifications:

• Current tennessee lpn license
• 2 years of previous nursing experience
• american heart association bls certification

Outpatient clinic - lpn contract details:

• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• $1,496 - $1,646 per week*
• outpatient clinic facility
