A growing group in Tracy/Manteca, CA, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join our expanding practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with strong hospital resources, excellent compensation, and a clear path to a long-term partnership.

400k guaranteed base for 2 years + RVU productivity bonus
~$50K sign-on bonus + $72K residency stipend
~ Available relocation assistance up to $20K
~2-year partnership track with annual profit sharing
~ Level 1 NICU
~ Call: 1:4 rotation - Hospital-based call pay in addition to base.
