Key Responsibilities

Assemblers:

• Assemble products and components according to instructions and specifications

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work station

• Meet daily production goals

Material Handlers:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production floor

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

• Track and organize inventory accurately

• Prepare materials for production or shipment

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic understanding of safety procedures

• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hand tools or production equipment

• Forklift certification (a plus)

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
