Job Title: Wellness Advisor/Sales Associate

Reports to: General Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

YogaSix believes everyone deserves the mind-body experience of yoga. YogaSix offers six different class types designed to accommodate students of all levels in a way that is empowering, encouraging, and fun. 

POSITION:

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, and confident talking to prospects and members. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, selling membership/packages to prospects, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong YogaSix community. We offer a flexible schedule, and can work on either a set schedule or rotating shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior membership/subscription sales required
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service, and phone skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Part time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, booking appointments, follow up, and closing the sale
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing
• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio if needed
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
• Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• This position is a Part-Time (approximately 10-20hrs per week) paid hourly
