Remote Travel Consultant

Assisting guests with booking Epic vacations, the full-time Remote Travel Consultant will manage inbound calls to sell vacation packages while providing accurate information and personalized recommendations in a seasonal role. Key responsibilities: Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging accommodations and mountain products Provide clear and timely information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability, and policies Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems Required qualifications: Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience Demonstrated ability to work within multiple systems simultaneously Strong communication skills, fluent in English Vacation planning experience is a plus Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
