Shipping/Receiving Clerk

At Custom Fabricating & Supplies, every shipment matters. We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who values accuracy, organization, and teamwork to help ensure materials and customer orders move efficiently through our facility.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-6:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information before shipment
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products
• Match incoming shipments to packing slips and document discrepancies
• Move materials to proper warehouse locations and maintain inventory organization
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment
• Work closely with Operations and Production teams to support customer delivery timelines
• Process shipping documents and coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other transportation providers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company quality procedures and warehouse best practices

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and math skills
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environments preferred
• Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
