Patient Services Coordinator III: Front Desk & Billing
Novant Health
Novant Health is seeking an organized patient services professional to support front desk operations and revenue cycle tasks in our Charlotte clinic. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, and ensure smooth registrations and scheduling.
In this role, you will use EPIC and other medical office software to post charges, reverifying insurance, process payments, and support daily close processes.
