Date: May 6, 2026 Location: Abilene, TX, US, 79601 Req ID: 253696 Job Location: 4800 Abilene, TX (Production) Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 2-2-3 / 5:00AM -5:30PM Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.30 to $23.57 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose: Responsible for sanitizing various equipment within designated work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all necessary caps are in proper locations.
• Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals.
• Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
• Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Train new team members.
• Communicate with management on daily basis.
• Create work orders when needed or assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation supply inventory.
• Review daily CIP chart data.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• Experience: 0 - 3 general work experience required. Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate various equipment.
• Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Forklift certification a plus.
