USAA is seeking a Claims Auto Adjuster to fairly and efficiently resolve auto insurance claims for our military members and their families. You will investigate accidents, assess liability and damages, interpret policy coverage, negotiate settlements, and coordinate repairs or total loss handling. Using modern claims and estimating systems, you’ll deliver timely, accurate decisions while providing empathetic, member-focused service. You’ll collaborate with body shops, vendors, and internal partners, receive strong training, and grow your career in a mission-driven, values-based environment.
