We are HIRING DPS AND CAREGIVERS to become a part of our team! You will provide routine companionship to our residents at our small group located in Spring Texas . Our residents are looking for someone that is trustworthy and cares for their wellbeing. If you have compassion then we are interested in speaking with you !

We offer housing to the special needs and the IDD community. You must have experience working with this population. Must past a background check. We offer flexible hours M - F 6am to 10 am , 2pm to 10pm , and 4p to 8pm
Weekend 7am to 7pm , 7pm to 7am
Pier Diem and On call position

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to our residents
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing most are independent
• Provide supervision administering medication
• Meal Prep, light housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Experience working with IDD or Special Needs and the Elderly
• Positive and Friendly Personality
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Ability to be proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Reliable and dedicated person
