Job Description 

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping machines and equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting facility and production maintenance needs. 

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures. 

• Perform semiskilled duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, lubrication, painting, and facility maintenance. 

• Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on buildings and manufacturing equipment. 

• Coordinate and support preventive maintenance programs and work order activities. 

• Assist with inventory control and maintenance-related vendor interactions. 

• Support production operations and maintenance scheduling activities. 

• Assist in all service areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned. 

• Maintain dependable attendance and scheduling flexibility. 

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 PM.

• Typical shifts are 10-12 hours per day based on business needs.
• Flexibility for overtime and schedule changes is required. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Training, certification, or experience in a relevant maintenance trade. 
• 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience. 
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Self-starter with strong attendance and reliability. 
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Preferred(but not required*) Qualifications 

• Manufacturing maintenance experience. 
• Leadership or facilitation skills. 
• Experience working with production equipment and preventive maintenance programs. 

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to work around manufacturing equipment, tolerate temperature variations, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, lift up to 75 pounds, wear required PPE, and work overtime as needed. 

Pay Rate: $32.07 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential. 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
