This role applies a multidisciplinary transformation approach to diagnose root causes, eliminate friction, and simplify processes, ensuring changes are reflected in content and platforms to drive a more efficient, digital teammate and manager experience. Working across HR, Technology, and enterprise partners, the consultant accelerates high-impact initiatives that strengthen how HR delivers value at scale and enhance enterprise outcomes. Initially this role will be aligned to Talent and Learning transformation initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Leads complex HR execution and delivery initiatives across multiple disciplines2. Advises business leaders on human capital implications and execution risks3.
