What You’ll Do:

• Review, analyze, and coordinate outpatient charge capture and billing activities

• Accurately enter outpatient charges into the billing system

• Collaborate with departments to code and process billable items for reimbursement

• Analyze billing reports and software edits to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Balance charge summaries and maintain accurate documentation

• Support audits and revenue cycle improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency and collections

• Communicate updates and issues with supervisors and appropriate departments as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Associate’s Degree or related healthcare/business experience preferred

• Charge entry or healthcare billing experience preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and data entry skills

• Ability to work within established procedures and meet productivity expectations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
