- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Deploy and manage Azure resources
- Monitor cloud performance, uptime, and cost optimization
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Configure Azure networking, VPNs, NSGs, and firewalls
- Support hybrid cloud integrations
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online administration
- Microsoft Teams administration
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Entra ID
- PowerShell
- Conditional Access
- Azure Networking
- Cloud Security
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Automation & Monitoring
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365
- 2+ years of Azure administration experience
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory environments
- Experience with endpoint/device management using Intune
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires 3 plus years of professional experience

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
