Position Overview

We are hiring a Field Supervisor / Lead Caregiver – First Visit Specialist to lead new client starts, introduce caregivers into the home, and support ongoing services in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll guide caregivers, set expectations, and step in to provide support when needed to ensure every client experience starts strong and stays consistent. Must have community care program experience and understanding. 

What You'll Do

• Lead first visits with new clients and families
• Introduce caregivers and ensure a smooth, confident transition into the home
• Provide hands-on support when needed (daily routines, companionship, general assistance)
• Support and guide caregivers in the field
• Step in when needed to maintain consistency and quality
• Catch and resolve issues early through strong attention to detail
• Reinforce expectations and standards across all services
• Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and the office

What You Bring

• 2+ years of caregiving, home support, or similar experience required
• Community Care Program Experience 
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Calm, confident, and professional presence
• Comfortable leading and stepping in when needed
• Ability to take ownership without constant direction
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred: Experience with onboarding, scheduling, or coordination

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time preferred
• Combination of field work and coordination
