Lead HVAC Installer

$40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits Lead a Team • Take-Home Company Vehicle • Year-Round Work

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is a locally owned company in Central Oregon looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is focused, reliable, and ready to take ownership of quality installations while training and supervising other team members.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects
• Install heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
• Mentor and train other installers while maintaining high quality and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and other trades
• Complete all necessary paperwork, change orders, and follow-through on jobs
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with pride

What You Need

• Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)
• Strong experience installing round and rectangular ductwork
• Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
• Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings
• Experience brazing and testing line sets
• Ability to complete simple low voltage connections
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
