Job Description We are seeking a Customer Success Partner to build positive customer relationships and support customers throughout their experience with our company. This role works directly with customers to understand their goals, provide relevant information and resources, and help ensure they receive consistent support. The Customer Success Partner will maintain ongoing communication with customers while collaborating with internal teams to address needs and strengthen the overall customer experience. This position is well suited for someone who is relationship-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a variety of customers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers Serve as an ongoing point of contact for customer questions, needs, and updates Learn about individual customer goals, priorities, and preferences Help customers understand available products, services, programs, and resources Provide relevant information and guidance based on customer needs Maintain regular communication and follow up on outstanding items Support customers throughout different stages of their experience with the company Coordinate with internal teams to help address customer needs and requests Identify routine concerns and help determine appropriate next steps Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and processes Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights internally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activity Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for additional support Help strengthen customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement Participate in customer programs, meetings, and engagement initiatives Contribute ideas for improving customer communication and the overall experience Support additional customer-focused projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Strong listening and problem-solving skills Comfortable communicating directly with customers Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, relevant information Strong organization and consistent follow-through Professional, dependable, and proactive Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams Previous experience in customer success, customer experience, client relations, account support, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands‑on customer relationship experience Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to customer engagement and business operations Opportunities to develop communication, relationship‑management, and problem‑solving skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
