We are seeking reliable individuals for a temporary General Labor position in Litchfield, available on both 1st and 2nd shift with no set end date. This role involves using a hand buffer to repair and remove scratches from surfaces. This is a short-term assignment.

General Labor Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

This position is temporary, expected to last about 1 month, possibly longer.
1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
Use a hand buffer to repair and remove scratches from surfaces.
Inspect materials for quality and defects.
Perform data entry as needed.

General Labor Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
Steel-toed boots required (metatarsal covers provided by company).
Excellent job history.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Comfortable working overtime and weekends if scheduled.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
Willingness to work in a climate-controlled environment.
