We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team! Job Description As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process. You will ensure a smooth and transparent experience by accurately diagnosing vehicle issues, recommending services, and maintaining clear communication. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for service. Listen carefully to customers2 concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide accurate service recommendations based on vehicle diagnostics. Prepare and present detailed service estimates and explain repair needs in clear, non-technical language. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their vehicle2 status and any changes to the initial service plan. Work closely with technicians to ensure services are performed accurately and on time. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer service issues promptly. Maintain thorough and accurate service records and billing information. Upsell additional services when appropriate and within the customer2s best interest. Follow up with customers to remind them of future maintenance schedules. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related role is preferred, but not necessary. Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with automotive service management software is a plus.
